Beta Terms

Draft for validation use only. Final commercial terms, legal entity, governing law, and support details must be completed before a public Shopify App Store launch.

Beta service

The beta augments Shopify-native Purchase Orders with deterministic exports, supplier-specific formats, secure supplier-response links, and an audit trail. Shopify remains the system of record for native Purchase Orders.

No automatic PO write-back

Supplier responses do not automatically modify a Shopify Purchase Order. Merchants remain responsible for reviewing supplier responses and deciding whether Shopify records should change.

Merchant responsibility

Merchants are responsible for verifying exported purchasing data before sending it to a supplier and for ensuring they are authorized to share supplier and procurement information through the service.

Supplier access

Anyone possessing an active supplier invitation link may access the associated PO snapshot. Merchants should revoke links that were sent to the wrong person or are no longer required.

Beta availability

Features, limits, pricing hypotheses, and API compatibility can change during validation. The beta is not presented as an ERP, accounting system, inventory forecasting service, or purchasing authority.
